I paid but the course is not open
M-Pesa can take a minute. Open My learning and pull down to refresh. If it is still locked after five minutes, send us a message below with your M-Pesa receipt code.
How do refunds work?
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying, from the course page. The team reviews it, and if it is approved we send the money back to your M-Pesa and remove your access.
I did not get my sign-in code
Wait a minute, then request a new one. You can also use your email or Google instead of a phone number. Codes work once and expire after 10 minutes.
Can I watch on a phone with little data?
Yes. Lessons use low-data video, and you can pick up where you stopped.
